From the very first phone call they were kind and professional.  I had to cancel my first appointment and they understood.   They didn't charge me a fee for cancelling.   They are both are very friendly people.   They came, cleaned the carpet, and explained things to me very thoroughly on how to care for the carpet.  They were able to get out the spilled black tea stain!!!   I would recommend Deep Clean Professionals and will definitely be using them again! I couldn’t wait to get on here and give a review. They did an excellent job. The carpet looks brand new. All of the pee stains are gone from the dogs. Very very happy customer. Great job guys. I went with Stanley steamer a couple years back and wasn’t very happy. I was hopeful that this smaller company would do a better thorough job and that’s exactly what they did. Zee and Charles are an excellent carpet and upholstery cleaning team. Prompt and respectful. You knew from the start that they would do a great job. Very thorough in surveying the scope of work to be done . They took there time to make sure they did as promised. There are many options to do what they do and we have used several others in the past. Just tore up the cards and receipts from the others and will only use Zeeand Charles in the future. What a wonderful job they did! I couldn’t recommend them more  highly! I’ve never seen two people work so hard. They were efficient and very professional! My carpets were terrible due to a sick kitty and they have brought them back. I especially appreciate it because my carpets are off white. I thought they were beyond help but now they have new life. This is the second time Charles and Aziza have cleaned carpets in our home and they did an amazingly good job both times - they are professional and friendly and Charles gives you so much good information about caring for your carpets. They are heading to my daughter and son-in-law’s, to clean carpets in their new home in a few weeks. I have had the major cleaners and they did a good job with the surface dirt. However, Deep  Clean gets both the surface and the dirt you don’t see. They did not show up at all. They said because I didn't respond to a confirmation text. My appt was at 9am - 10am , she sent a message out at 7. I'm sleep at 7am. I responded to their messages at 916 am asking was they here. No response, I called about 10am and was told they decided to go  to another client house since they didn't here from at 7am. If someone books an appt then you need to show up. Don't just assume they aren't going to be there because they didn't response to a message at 7am. Very unprofessional. So pleased I found Deep Clean Professionals!! They did an amazing job cleaning my off white sofa so I called them back to clean carpets.  And I wasn't disappointed. Could not be happier with this company. If you are on the fence about buying new furniture because you think it cannot be cleaned, call these folks! Their work ethic is impeccable and they stay true to their promise of a deep clean. Kids are messy, pets are messy, heck, even adults can be messy. Worth every penny!! This husband and wife team is so wonderful. My husband and I just bought a house with all carpet, he found them on google and they kicked butt. They don’t cut any corners. They even set up our fans and dehumidifiers for us while we were working. They go above and beyond. We also had a couch that was really gross, and now it looks brand new. Deep Clean Professionals did a fantastic job! Sewage had backed up on the carpet in my basement leaving a dark ring around the drain pipe and an unpleasant odor. They came in, laid down floor covering to protect the wood floors, and worked for nearly an hour. The carpet looks brand new! Even the small ring of rust around the pipe is gone. They disinfected the area, too, and had great advice about running the dehumidifier and fans to remove moisture. I wish I had taken "before" pictures so that I could post them here with "after" ones. This husband and wife team did an absolutely OUTSTANDING job cleaning our carpets and couch. Everything looks like new! They even removed all the pilling from our couch, and there was a lot of it; they were meticulous and so very thorough. And they refused to adjust the bill upwards (which I suggested) to cover the work on the pilling because it had taken so much time; they said they wouldn't change the quote after they had given it to me beforehand. I was very nervous trying to select a professional carpet cleaner. My carpet was in terrible condition (embarrassingly posting before pics so people can see the magic this guy worked). Charles showed up on time. Quoted me at an extremely reasonable price given the condition of the carpet and different areas I needed cleaned, including pet treatments. He was extremely knowledgeable and taught me a lot about carpet and how to properly care for it to expand life. This is what really got me. Charles had a personal situation going on that would have completely warranted him not being able to come on my scheduled date. I do wish he would have cancelled given the circumstances, but it was very telling that he still showed up and did a 6 hour job!! This small business definitely deserves to be the #1 carpet and upholstery cleaner in/near Akron. Please support local businesses and not places like Stanley Steamer! Those places do not need your business and will only try to maximize profit by utilizing the least amount of time and effort possible. Charles and his wife make a wonderful team and they did an amazing job, cleaning our couches and area rug. Not only did they work miracles on our couches and area rug (which are hard for us to keep clean, having two teens and two dogs in the house) they were two of the most professional people we have met. I'm grateful we found them online. They also were so very kind and friendly! It is very hard to find professionals like this. We will contninue to have them come back and clean these furniture pieces and rug, annually, now, and they will be the first we contact for any other cleaning needs like this. A recent storm brought a lot of water to our street and naturally our basement flooded and the carpets were soaked. I called Deep Clean Professionals and they immediately had us in the books for the same day to have a flood extraction service done. We were scheduled for 6pm and they ended up reaching out saying they had finished another job early and could be there at 4. They showed up on time and were amazing people! We are relocating our preschool and the carpet in the new place was awfully dirty.  I read all of the great reviews for Deep Clean Professionals and called them. They were very nice on the phone and could schedule when I needed to.  I was hoping for good, but have paid lots of money for bad results before. Zi and Charles came out and gave me their thoughts and set the expectations.  THEY EXCEEDED THEM!! The berber carpet looked new again! The name Deep Clean Professionals is perfect for this company. Charlie and Zee were very professional and did an excellent job. My carpets look and feel like new again! I especially appreciated the time and effort they put into throughly cleaning my stairs and along the baseboards. I was looking for a company that paid attention to those kinds of details and they did exactly that. I would highly recommend this company.  They were extremely professional, on time and did an outstanding job!  I requested to have my first and 2nd floor completely cleaned and was able to get an appointment within the same week of my call.   I work from home, and they were able to get all of the rooms cleaned (like NEW!) while I completed several zoom calls! I have off white carpet and it was heavily stained since my last appointment with them. Deep Clean Peofessionals did an outstanding job cleaning my carpet and 2npieces of uhjostered furniture.  My carper had pet stains & much use due to having dogs.  They are a family business who were more then professional ], on time ( text prior to their arrival), used care to cover areas they walked they so nothing got on areas that were not being cleaned.  They were knowledgeable in what, how , and why the particular cleaning chemicals were used.  They worked hard to get the stains out of the carpet and they did!  I couldn’t be more pleased. I didn’t know they cleaned tile, and will have them return to clean and seal the grout non my tile floors. HIghly recommend this company (Charles & Zee). We went with this company based off of all of the positive reviews and they did not lie! Charles did a great job in our living room and upstairs hallway. We had some pet stains we had a hard time getting up and a baby on the way so we really needed a deep, thorough cleaning of our living spaces. Deep Cleaning Professionals delivered exactly what we had hoped for. Our carpet looks brand new, it smells so fresh in our house. The carpet is even softer than when we got it. I have never had a carpet cleaner this detailed and professional.  Extremely methodical and careful and uses several steps to ensure the carpets are clean.  Excellent communication and service oriented.  They estimated 3 hours and spent far more.  Their pricing is straightforward (based on sq ft), providing options, but zero sales pressure. My daughter accidentally spilled tanning oil, yes, self-tanning OIL on our new cream colored carpet! We just moved to Akron and I was not familiar with any cleaning companies. I read the reviews for Deep Clean Professionals and was impressed. They did not disappoint!! So knowledgeable and friendly. They couldn’t get to me that day, but made sure to explain to cover the stain so sunlight didn’t get on carpet. When they arrived the next day, they were professional and careful of my furnature and stairs with their equipment. They were meticulous in their efforts, even looking up the tanning oil ingredients with me and trying 3 different techniques. I will absolutely use and recommend Deep Clean Professionals again! Bought home 2 yrs ago; steamed cleaned myself 7 times with no resolution to pet and urine odor in carpet. I had no animals but previous did; now I have a beautiful 11 week old pup; and don’t want to smell dog... well; let me tell you... knowledge and explanation of how odors set in with urine, equipment beeping for urine that my previous cleaning never removed from previous owners pets... including honest answers to the present problem. I called Deep Clean based on reviews here and was not disappointed. Only issue was an afternoon appointment that got delayed, which meant they were here until 8pm, since basically the entire house needed cleaned. Would just make an earlier appt next time. Charlie and Zee were definitely professional and have a great work ethic. They did not rush through the job. Our carpets looked so good when they were finished. I had tried to clean the spots in front of our sinks with a portable rug cleaner last year and it still looked bad. Thought maybe the fibers were just too worn, but they got it looking great! We bought our house 6 months ago, and I'm not sure if the previous owners ever cleaned.  The cream carpets were in great shape, just horribly stained.  Realistically, we doubted most of the stains could even be removed...we were hoping to just "blend" them in a little. I can't believe how much better our carpets look! Deep Clean did an AMAZING job on our house.  We have had various service providers come to our house over the last 15 years and none ave compared to them.  They were incredibly nice and professional and cleaned up after themselves.  They literally removed a stain from our rug that 3 other providers said was impossible. Our rugs look brand new. This husband and wife team did the best, most detailed and thorough carpet cleaning and stain removal (including cat urine) that I have ever experienced in my 35 years that I have owned various homes. A++++ Top Notch First Rate Business.  Can't say enough good things about them, plus your house will smell great!! They Did a fabulous job cleaning and educating me on carpet care. Both of them took the time to do everything right. All furniture was placed in it's original position with protective matting on the legs to avoid staining. I just had my carpet cleaned by Deep Clean Professionals.  I was amazed at how clean my carpet is, it looks like new again!   They were very professional and took the time to explain the whole cleaning  process.  They put down mats to protect the hardwood floors, and corner guards also. Outstanding service. Charles and 'Z' are very friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with. I hired them last week to do our downstairs carpets. They really took their time and scrubbed each room thoroughly. They laid down floor runners to protect our hardwood hallway, and corner protectors as well. They also had a fitted canvas tarp to cover our doorway and prevent heat loss while the hoses were in use. While they were here I asked them to test an area of our upstairs carpet where it was badly stained around the perimeter (filtration marks). We had already planned to replace this 18 year old carpet because it looked so bad, but worth a try. After a bit of scrubbing, Charles was able to remove stains from the test area. We hired them to come back this week. They just left my house after spending several hours bringing our carpet back to like-new condition. Hiring them saved us about $3000. I have never had carpet cleaners spend so much time making sure my carpets were thoroughly cleaned. Usually they were in and out in 90 minutes. Very polite and professional.  Charles and Z were extremely thorough and were able to remove several unidentified stains from our white carpet that existed before we moved into our home.  They were conscientious enough to put up corner guards on our stairs to prevent any marks on our walls and put up a zipper barrier for their hoses when they had to leave our front door open so our dog and heat wouldn't escape. Deep Clean Professionals are just what the name says:  They deep cleaned our carpet in our new home which has cream colored carpet throughout and was very, very dirty. We didn't expect it to come clean and thought that we would have to replace it but they worked very hard and made the carpet look almost brand new again. I would refer "Z" and her husband to anyone looking for carpet cleaning.  They are very professional, dependable and enjoyable to work with. We just bought our house 18 months ago. We also just got a puppy about 15 months ago. I thought I was going to have to replace the carpets in several rooms due to puppy accidents. From the moment Charles and Z came into my home, they were wonderful!! Friendly to me, and my furry children, and so respectful for my wishes for my carpets. I used other professional carpet cleaners previously, and they did a good job. Nothing, though, compared to Deep Clean Professionals!! Clean doesn’t begin to describe my carpets, more like brand new! I was told upfront what could be done and how to save my carpet. Charles and Z are amazing! These two NEVER stopped working from the moment they entered the house until the very last second the appointment was completed. Like they say, they want you to love your carpets and get what you asked for. Never have I ever encounter such hard-working, honest, loyal people in my life!! I would give 10 stars if I could. I will never use another commercial company now that I found these guys! These people are meticulous at what they do and the result is nothing less than smiles all around! My carpets needed cleaned from pet stains and odor. The cost of the deep cleaning was far less than having to get new carpets as I plan to show my home to sell! They get an A+ rating. There are no stains and my carpets are odor free! This company is awesome!  I had them clean my sofa, love seat and an area rug today and can't begin to say how pleased I am. The couch and love seat were fairly dirty and I just wanted them to look presentable again. However, Charles and his family got them looking practically new again! I couldn't believe it.  I was extremely impressed at how friendly, courteous and professional they were.  They cleaned my furniture like they were cleaning their own. Best carpet cleaning I have ever had! (And I've had my carpets cleaned a lot due to pets) Charles and his wife are courteous and hard-working. Deep Clean Professionals get 5 STARS from me without a doubt. My Mom is clean freak who has cream carpet with a dog AND young grandchildren. To say the least it was spots that she "thought" couldn't come out until she experienced Deep Clean Professionals. I have NEVER seen my mother so happy and satisifed with a carpet cleaning company. I had a hard time believing everyone gave a 5 star rating. Well believe it. They did an excellent job on our carpets. They are a hard working team that are very professional and courteous. Before hiring Deep Clean Professionals, I read every review that was written by the people who previously hired them. I was some what skeptical, because every review gave them a 5 star rating, and the reviews were all very positive, and not a single one with less than 5 stars. I scheduled an appointment for 9:00 AM. They arrived a few minutes early, and introduced themselves as Charles & Aziza, from Deep Clean Professionals. They asked me to show them every area that I wanted to be cleaned. They asked about the stains so they would know how to treat them. They then measured only the area of the carpeting that I wanted to be cleaned, and not the entire size of the rooms. After figuring the sizes of each area in each room, they gave me the price, which was less than I expected. I then I hired them to clean the carpeting. I was very impressed as I noticed how much time and attention they gave to every detail as they continued to clean the carpeting. I was also totally surprised as to how clean they actually got my carpeting. I expected some bleeding through of some of the stains, but they brought some extra special cleaning solution and equipment designed to concentrate on the stained areas. When they finished I was amazed at how much time they spent on making sure that my carpet was clean, and that I was completely satisfied. So if you are looking to get your carpeting or furniture cleaned, I highly recommend Charles & Aziza, who as I also discovered are the owners of Deep Clean Professionals, INC.. Being a business owner myself, I can see how dedicated they are to being professional, thorough, friendly, and providing a higher standard of customer satisfaction. So if you are reading this review, and you say to yourself how can everyone write a 5 star review, and not one with less than 5 stars, I highly recommend that you invite them to your home or business to clean what ever it is you wish to have cleaned, and you will be the next person that will add another 5 star review as I and everyone before me had done. Awesome experience. They arrived on time and did a thorough assessment of our carpets. They gave use several options to consider and let us know what they could accomplish with each process. They are VERY thorough and courteous. We have multiple dogs and I am a pet groomer who grooms from home so we had pet stains and odors a normal Bissell machine couldn't reach. After catching our cat peeing on our couch Monday morning (5/1) and spending most of my day trying to find a company that would come out same day, I found Deep Clean Professionals at 3pm.  Charles and Aziza came to our house at 8pm and spent 2.5 hours at our house-2 hours cleaning the entire couch! They took their time and were meticulous in hitting the problem area. Mr. Charles and his wife were thorough professional yet friendly.They were punctual, patient and very efficient in their work. They cleaned my sofa, love seat and dining chairs for the smoked effect due to a fire in our building. I must say the job was very well and satisfactorily done. 👍🏻. The owners (Charles and Aziza) are so great! They cleaned two couches and one rug that belong to our landlord. They were so old, gross, and smelly, that we didn't want to use them. I used Deep Clean Professionals, LLC for two rooms and a hallway, and am very impressed. This husband-wife team was knowledgeable, professional and respected my home. They spent three times the amount of time and care that one of the well known commercial companies spent doing the same area, and their price is comparable. I got an excellent cleaning. This company is well-named. They went over and above to restore carpet in a rental space that had been neglected and abused for 10 years. They paid special attention to what appeared to be permanent stains. I thought I would have to replace that carpet, but it looks nearly new. I will definitely call them again.
